The website is hosted by GoDaddy. Submitted inquiries are sent to our Microsoft 365 mailbox through the hosting mail service. These providers process information to supply hosting, delivery, storage, and security services. Website requests may generate server logs, including IP addresses and request details. Our form uses a temporary security session cookie and hashed-IP counters to limit repeated submissions; expired counters are cleared when further submissions are processed. Google Fonts supplies the website typefaces and receives browser requests when those fonts load. The website code does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
How long we keep inquiries
For an initial inquiry that receives no further response and does not develop into an active business discussion, our policy is to close it and delete the inquiry correspondence from our working mailbox within 90 days after our last communication. This is a mailbox housekeeping process, not an automatic website deletion feature. Active discussions and transaction records are retained according to their ongoing business purpose and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Records needed for a legal obligation or dispute may be retained longer. Deleted items, provider backups, and technical logs may remain subject to the relevant provider’s retention settings.
